Wash 3 cups rice, drip dry, cook with 3 cups water.

Line a serving pot with banana leaves.

Wash 15 pandan leaves, cut into 1 inch length.

(a) 1 bottle Way Kunyit Sauce with garlic.

(b) 600grams of mixed seafood. (Stingray, prawns, squids.)

(c) 160grams Santan

(d) Seasonings: 1 Table spoon fish sauce + 1/2 tea spoon salt

(e) 6 pieces of Lime leaves, cut fine.

METHOD:

Cook all items in      until santan is fully boiled and the seafood is cooked, add       , mix well.

 

Take out the kunyit seafood from the pot, leave little sauce in the pot, put 3 cups of cooked rice in the pot, stir fry in low fire until the rice and sauce are well mixed.

 

Transfer the kunyit rice to the pot line with banana leaves, pour the kunyit seafood on top of rice, 

ready to serve.
