Sze Chuan Hot & Sour Soup

1 bottle Way Sambal Prawn Sauce

2 tablespoon Ground Dried Prawn

1 tablespoon Kerisik (Toasted Grated Coconut)

5 Chilli Padi - chopped fine

2 tablespoon - Fish Sauce

1 tablespoon - Sugar

150grams Gula Melaka

1 teaspoon Glutinous Rice Flour mixed will with 1 tablespoon Water

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Cook ingredients     to     under low fire for 10minutes, add glutinous rice flour mixture, continue cooking (1 to 2 minutes) till the sauce is boiled, done.
