Sze Chuan Hot & Sour Soup

1 bottle Way Sambal Prawn Sauce.

1/2 bottle Way Kunyit Sauce with Garlic.

Spices:

INGREDIENTS:

3 pcs, 2 inches Cinamon

5 pcs, Cardamom

2 whole, Star Anise

6 pcs, Clove

1 whole chicken, or 4 whole chicken legs.

Rempah (A):

(Mix well) 

1 Table spoon, Coriander Powder.

2 Tea spoon, Jintan Putih.

1/2 Tea spoon, Jintan Manis.

4 Table spoon, Water.

2 Stalk Serai, both slice into half.

 7 

400 grams, Santan.

 8 

Seasonings:

1 Table spoon, Coriander Powder.

2 Tea spoon, Jintan Putih.

1/2 Tea spoon, Jintan Manis.

4 Table spoon, Water.

METHOD:

Heat up       and       in a non stick pot at medium heat. Add       and fry till aroma, next add      , stir fry and cook for 15-20 minutes, add                      , continue cooking till chicken is properly cooked. Ready to serve.
