Wash 2 cups rice, drip dry, cook with 2 cups(160ml) water.

Take 40gm Butter or Ghee, add 1 chopped tomato, 2 table spoons plumbed raisins, 1 Sprig curry leaves, fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add 100gm Way Briyani Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon salt and any stock powder (if desire) fry for 1 more minute, add cooked rice, stir fry to mix well, add 4 to 5 pandan leaves (cut to 1 inch length). Serve.
