1 Bottle Way Sambal Sauce - 200grams

INGREDIENTS:

1 small Spring Curry Leaves

1 piece tomato - cut into 4

Chicken meat without skin, 500gram (cut into bite size)

Spice Powder:

(a) Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

(b) Jintan Putih Powder - 1 Teaspoon

(c) Jintan Manis Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

Mix with 50ml Water

Seasonings:

(a) Fish Sauce - 1 Tablespoon

(b) MSG - 1/4 Teaspoon (optional)

Santan (box type) - 120gm

Pandan Leaves - 5 pieces, cut into 2 inches length

METHOD:

Put items     ,     and       in a pot, medium heat fry till spices and curry leaves are aroma (3minutes), add     , fry for few minutes, add                      ,except pandan leaves, continue cooking till chicken meat is cooked and santan is fully boiled, cooking till chicken meat is cooked and santan is fully boiled, add Pandan leaves. Ready to serve.

 

Other ingredients:

Thick cucumber slices, hard boiled egg, oil fried peanuts, oil friend ikan bilis, steamed rice.
